Dr. Graham Billingham
CMO, MedPro Group
Dr. Billingham attended Stanford University as an undergraduate in Biology, medical school at UCLA Medical Centre and completed his residency in Emergency Medicine at Harbor-UCLA Medical Centre. He is board certified and is a Fellow of the American College of Emergency Physicians and the American Academy of Emergency Medicine. Dr. Billingham has 30 years of experience as an emergency medicine physician. He speaks both nationally and internationally on medical malpractice and emerging risk. He has lectured in more than 300 CME courses on risk management, operations, documentation, patient safety, information technology, coding and billing, and malpractice prevention. As Chief Medical Officer, he is responsible for leading MedPro Group’s Healthcare Advisory Boards and working with the Business Council to support clinical risk, claims, underwriting and sales efforts. Most recently Dr. Billingham served as President & CEO for EPIC RRG. He has also served on the physician advisory boards of several technology and insurance companies, the American College of Emergency Physicians Medical Legal Committee and Coding and Nomenclature Committee. He is Emeritus Chairman of the Emergency Medicine Patient Safety Foundation and has served on the Board of EDPMA. He founded and served as Medical Director for The Centre for Emergency Medical Education and was a co-founder of the National Emergency Medicine Board Review Course.
Rosie Jewers

Rosie is an Associate in the Healthcare Department at Clyde & Co. She has a wide-ranging healthcare regulatory practice, encompassing fitness to practise proceedings in many healthcare regulators, the General Medical Council, General Dental Council and General Optical Council. Rosie also represents NHS Trusts and individual clinicians in inquests and judicial reviews. Her advisory practice covers a wide range of topics affecting the healthcare sector, from mental capacity and Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards (DoLS) to data protection and GDPR.

Claire advises on a wide range of healthcare matters, including providing representation at inquests, representing clinicians before their regulatory body, medical device/product liability work and general advisory work. She has successfully defended many matters at trial, including several multimillion-pound claims. Claire has also been involved in a number of drug trial cases including the high-profile case at Northwick Park Hospital. Claire has a keen interest in the growing area of Disability Discrimination Act claims in the healthcare setting where she holds a 100% success rate of rebutting these claims.
