Premium Medical Protection Free Lucky Dip Terms & Conditions

  1. By entering the free lucky dip, you agree to these terms and conditions. You also agree to us using your data for marketing purposes in promoting our services. Should you wish not to receive these messages, please contact us on the number and email mentioned in point 2 below. We will treat your information with respect.   2. Winners may be asked to participate in any promotional activities related to the lucky dip, including but not limited to using their name and likeness for advertising and publicity purposes, without additional compensation. Should a winner wish to withdraw their consent at any time they can do so by calling us on 0345 163 0053, emailing us at: admin@premiummedicalprotection.com or writing to Premium Medical Protection Limited at 25 Athena Drive, Tachbrook Park, Warwick, England, CV34 6RT. The lucky dip is free to enter.
  3. To enter the lucky dip you must be a practising physician or surgeon working in the NHS or private practice in the UK, Channel Islands or Isle of Man.
  4. To enter the lucky dip give your completed hardcopy contact form to the PMP team at the BOA Conference stand. Alternatively, you can complete the online form with one of our team. The lucky dip will be open from 9 am on 16 September 2025 and will close at the end of the conference on 18 September 2025.
  5. Once you have completed the contact form you will be invited to choose a gift bag. The gift bags contain chocolates and/or gift vouchers ranging in value from £10 to £25. Gift bags are non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternatives will be offered.
  6. Each entrant is limited to one entry to the lucky dip.
  7. The lucky dip and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
