- By entering the free prize draw, you agree to these terms and conditions. You also agree to us using your data for marketing purposes in promoting our services. Should you wish not to receive these messages, please contact us on the number and email mentioned in 2 below. We will treat your information with respect. - Winners may be asked to participate in any promotional activities related to the prize draw, including but not limited to using their name and likeness for advertising and publicity purposes, without additional compensation. Should a winner wish to withdraw their consent at any time they can do so by calling us on 0345 163 0053, emailing us at: admin@premiummedicalprotection.com or writing to Premium Medical Protection Limited at 25 Athena Drive, Tachbrook Park, Warwick, England, CV34 6RT. The prize draw is free to enter
- To enter the draw you must be a practising physician or surgeon working in the NHS or private practice in the UK, Channel Islands or Isle of Man.
- To enter the prize draw place your completed hardcopy contact form into the competition box on our conference stand. Alternatively, you can complete the online form with one of our team. The Draw will be open from 9 am on 1 July and will close at the end of the conference on 3 July 2025.
- The Prize is a luxury hamper containing edibles, wines and spirits. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternatives will be offered.
- Each entrant is limited to one entry to the draw.
- PMP will randomly draw a winner following the close of the British Association of Dermatologists on 3 July 2025.
- The winner will be contacted by email and telephone within 15 working days of the close of the draw on 3 July, 2025.
- If we cannot contact the winner by email or phone after 7 working days from our initial attempt to contact them, we will draw an alternative winner.
- The prize draw and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
