By entering the Premium Medical Protection (PMP) free prize draw, you agree to these terms and conditions.

1. Eligibility

• The prize draw is free to enter and is open to practising consultants and surgeons working in the UK, Channel Islands, or Isle of Man within private practice or the NHS.
• Each entrant is limited to one entry to the draw.

2. How to Enter

• To enter, participants must complete and submit the PMP survey using the official survey link provided.
• The prize draw will be open from 21 February 2025 and will close at midnight on 5 March 2025. Entries submitted after this date will not be included in the draw.

3. The Prize

• The prize is one Apple iPad (10.2 inch, 64GB).
• The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and no cash alternatives will be offered.

4. Winner Selection & Notification

• PMP will randomly select a winner from all eligible entries after the prize draw closes on 5 March 2025.
• The winner will be contacted by email and telephone within 15 working days of the draw closing.
• If PMP is unable to contact the winner within 7 working days of the initial attempt, an alternative winner will be drawn.

5. Promotional Activities

• Winners will be asked for their consent to participate in promotional activities related to the prize draw, including but not limited to the use of their name and likeness for advertising and publicity purposes, without additional compensation.
• A winner can withdraw their consent for promotional activities at any stage, by calling 0345 163 0053, emailing Admin@premiummedicalprotection.com, or writing to Premium Medical Protection Limited, 25 Athena Drive, Tachbrook Park, Warwick, England, CV34 6RT.

6. Legal & Regulatory Information

• The prize draw and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
