Founded in 2009, PMP is one of the largest providers of insurance-backed indemnity cover to consultants in private practice in the UK. PMP is currently the only commercial medical indemnity provider in the UK that gives customers the choice of a claims made or occurrence based indemnity policy. We work closely with insurers Berkshire Hathaway International Insurance Limited, trading as MedPro, and work with a panel of expert lawyers.

This is currently the strongest rating of any underwriter in the UK healthcare indemnity insurance market. The AA+ rating means MedPro provides the peace of mind that should you need to use it, your medical indemnity policy is backed by recognised financial strength.
PMP works closely with a panel of highly rated legal experts from established specialist healthcare law firms as well as a team of dedicated and highly experienced MedPro claims advisers.
